Default Clicking sound help

So when I turn or drive on something rough i have been hearing a clicking sound from my front. Passenger side and its been doing it for awhile and it does it more in 4wd. Recently it has gotten worse and it makes the clicking sound but it sounds horrible like something broke, what do y'all think this is? Someone said it may be the cv joint, if so can I take the driveshaft off and degrease it and fix the problem for awhile that way? Any help will be great thanks!

Does it click several times while you are turning or just once (as if something is shifting and then stops)?

From what you are saying, it sounds like a CV joint to me. If it sounds like something shifts and then stops, it could just be a loose bolt in your suspension. Although, a loose control arm would do that more with change in forward and backward movement, not turning. That's why it sounds like a CV joint.

I think it only does it once but it does it over every bump just about and when I turn sometimes at very low speeds
