When I m going 20 - 30 mph and hit little bumps like city driving i hear this clicking noise i know my ball joints are going but i never heard this till just now is this something else i don know of anything anybody could think of other than jut ball joints? It's like a tin clapping sound very light sort of when i turn wheel a little bit.. Thanks for your help

Intermediate steering shaft? My 2011 jku did the same thing and was fixed under warranty.

I had it too...thanks to a thread here I got dealer to fix...no issues going on 30K KMs

Yep, I've got it also! Only clicks when making a slow turn over little bumps....

I posted the same question a coupld of months ago... Still have the problem and was afraid to bring it into the dealer with all the mods... I'm sure they'd call it mod related but i havent tried yet...

You need to get your steering shaft replaced

 

Negative, mine is felt and not heard.

 

Yea I can't hear mine either i can feel it but not hear it
