Same with mine.... Only felt while driving,

 

Tried the grease trick today and it worked. I unbolted intermediate shaft from steering shaft, must remove bolt entirely,removed both clamps on rubber boot on IS, and worked grease into splines. Then I installed boot on lower section with a hose clamp, pumped boot full of grease from upper boot and then installed hose clamp on upper boot.
WORKS GREAT!!
