Default Coil spacers vs. factory isolators?

Those of you who are running coil spacers, did you leave the stock coil isolators in with the spacers or did you substitute the spacers for the isolators? I'm researching and best I can tell there are factory isolators front and rear. I'm wanting to add 1/2" additional spacers to account for future bumpers/winch so I'm wondering if I should stack spacer and isolators or just take out the stock isolators and go with 1" spacers?

You leave the factory isolators in place. The spacers go between them and the spring.
