It would be very hard for you to adequately tighten your pitman arm nut with just a wrench as the spec is 185 ft/lbs. That is like everything you got with a breaker bar and a 2 foot long cheater to tighten it. The fact that your treads are outside the fender more on one side is because your trackbar is tweaked. You should check the bar that its not bent and the mounts that they aren't cracked or possibly broken. The bolts there need to be at 125 ft/lbs but the holes might very well be wallowed out too. Good luck. The place that couldn't find it is incompetent and I wouldn't trust them to fix anything.

Haha, you should hit the gym then... I loosened and tightened my rear pinion nut (160 ft lbs) with only an 18" torque wrench while laying on my back under the jeep...

Edit, forgot to mention I only weigh 190...

That wasn't the point sir. My torque wrench goes to 165 and it wasn't enough to keep the nut from loosening. It wasn't meant to be a muscle contest as much as it was a warning that a wrench alone isn't enough. Geez.

You are fine without one for now. It doesn't affect your tracking or steering as it is just a side to side issue. The axles are still parallel to each other(if there are no other issues). The tire just sticks out a little farther on one side than the other.
