I would start with the front Lowers, And Rear Upper for handling/driveline correction. I went through this dilemma also, And purchased the whole package of Currie Control Arms (all 8).

I will beinstalling mine soon...

I went with Teraflex front lowers and rear uppers. Teraflex CA's are alittle more expensive but they are worth it and absolutely massive.

on a 4-door and with the amount of lift you have, all you really need is front lowers so that you can give your front end more positive caster. your rear will be just fine as the factory drive shaft is plenty long enough and will not need to be replaced. if you were to get an aftermarket rear shaft, rear uppers will be needed to set your pinion angle.
