I have the Woods shafts and Rock Krawler control arms. Tom Woods customer service is top notch and they stand behind their products.

Yokes. Stock shafts use flanges, you want yokes with the new double cardan.

Just took my front Woods in to get balanced. The shop is very "anti-Woods", so take this for what it's worth - but this is what they said:
-the shop I got it from should be ashamed of themselves for selling it to me.
-worst balanced shaft he has ever run across. Far too much weight on one end, and not enough on the other.
-uses cheap 'chinese' ujoints, I should have paid the extra $40 for spicers. (the shop I bought from says the joints are made in Poland. Either way, not US)

My take:
No issues for 8 months running 5.13's. Got vibes when the new axle with 5.38's went in. The joints are fine, it was simply balance and the faster rpm's from the new gears.
Regardless of where the joint is made, the warranty seems good. It covers both the joint and the driveshaft. Not just replacement joints and you pay for ds repairs.
