Default Coolant Issue Problems.

I'll keep this as brief as I can.
I have a 2011 Sahara w/ a 5.7 hemi & Borla mod, amongst other things.
But there's a problem: I'm constantly needing to refill my coolant because of a leak. Now, the leak is NOT visible and because of the continual destruction to my cat's in the exhaust system (needing to change them a second time within a year), my guess is that the coolant is leaking into the exhaust manifold and wearing on & eating away at the converters.
I had OK4WD work on this before and to their credit, worked intensely on having the original exhaust (Flowmaster) accept the warranty. Because of how good of a job they do, I'm considering taking it back there but since they're pretty far, I'd like to get an opinion from a few of you to see if it's something that I can do.
Has anyone else experienced a coolant leak into their exhaust manifold or has it leaked elsewhere not visible, but behind burnt up within the system?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking to take a good weeklong offroading/camping trip the end of the summer, beginning of fall, but can't while Seniora Jeepo is in this condition.
Thanks.

I have chased the same problems and this is what I found. The seeping / slow coolant leaks I experienced were at the hose connections at the water pump and radiator inlet /outlet. I ended up installing double clamps on all hose connections, ground flush the raised bumps on the water pump inlet nozzle to allow the hose to push up further on the pump. I also used gasket cement on the nozzle necks of the outlet hose. Originally the kit had used NAPA hoses and I switched to GATES hoses which have internal reinforcement. I have had no more coolant leaks. The outlet hose was the main culprit. You could probable get away with one clamp if you got rid of the cheap worm gear clamps and installed some T-bolt clamps.

I had to replace one of my cats also and found that Flow Master was not even using one of their cats in the system. Instead they used a 2550R Catco converter. I inspected the new ones when I received them and rejected several due to manufacturing issues with the ceramic comb being plugged before finally getting two that were acceptable.

At least you were able to trace it back to the water pump housing. Could be worse. Like maybe a bad head gaskets..

Have you pulled your spark plugs and checked for water or plug discoloration?

Ok so not to steal OP but I have had a slow leak that runs down the front engine behind the serpentine belt, I assume I need to remove the belt then pull the manifold??? Going to search net to see if there is a YouTube video posted. Looks like source is coming from the lower right corner.

I guess I should have posted this in the stock section as I have a stock 3.8.

I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem, 2008 with 53k, had an occasional drip in the garage but now it is beginning to get worse. I assume there is a gasket that is either eroding or I've got some corrosion. Looks like I need to pull serpentine belt, not sure if any pulleys need to be pulled off, just looking for some advice. Didn't want to have to go buy a manual, is there any free down loads or does any body have a file they can send me?

Is the leak from the intake manifold gasket? I can't tell from your photos but that's a common problem.
