Did your jeep's body get warped in any way? - The new armor might not line up because it is designed for a stock unbent body. I had this problem with PSC rock brawlers after I bashed the side of my jeep up. The solution required my jeep visiting the body shop.

With my corner guards, I did a similar thing where I smashed in my side and looked to armor to cover it up. I purchased the OR-Fab's. They took some massaging to get on the smashed corner and it still has a gap that allows dust and mud in and cannot be filled with silicone. The corner armor has been worth every penny for my style of driving.

I'm sure the body isn't as straight as it was before the tree made some power moves. With that being said I feel like I will be able to bend the smashed corner panel back close enough for the corner armor. DO you periodically remove the armor and clean the corner panel behind it?

If I order these guards and I'm unable to get the corner armors on. Couldn't I order an oem corner panel and replace the damage one and then install the guards?

I do not remove anything that is installed with nutcerts. I wheel a lot of desert terrain, so mud only gets back there about once a year, but I do blast the hose along the armor and pick out pebbles with a knife after wheeling.

Also the quarter panel is dented just. Little no chipped paint or scratches. Hard to pop out dents on?
I don't have a recommendation, but I would like to know do you think if you had an aftermarket bumper would the damage to the quarter panel occurred?

I cant say for sure if that there wouldn't be any damage at all to the body. But I can say it wouldn't have been nearly as bad. The main factors are the shape of the tree and how hard the impact was and at what angle the impact occurred.

Parts are ordered hopefully they will be here by this weekend and I will have to brush the rust off and revamp my body working skills lol

I put AEV corner guards on with LED tail lights. Covered the dent and provides future protection.

This is how it turned out, it's a little off. But still looks pretty good in my opinion..
Installing the PSC rear bumper was a chore

Looks good! I'm surprised though that you didn't just go ahead and go with some low profile LED tail lights instead while you were back there.

I wanted too and shopped around for them but I was trying to fix it as cheaply as possible. After I graduate from college she will be getting a "lighting" makeover lol
