Default cragar soft 8 15x10 painted graphite gray metallic

I will be removing my stock 17s and 31s tomorrow and putting on these 15x10 cragar soft 8s (4inch bs and 6inch lip) with 35x12.50r15 C km2s...

I hate black wheels, always have. I couldn't stand the thought of being just another jeeper with black wheels.
... so I went to O'Rileys and grabbed 4 cans of graphite grey metalic, 2 cans of etching primer, 1 can of degreaser and some 800 grit sand paper. I scuffed the black paint and then wiped with alcohol. I primed, set to dry and then got started on my paint. 3 light coats and one heavy coat did the trick when 10 minutes apart. I cleared them today. even though graphite is just a lighter dark color similar to black, these wheels look tremendously better. the metallic sheen is hard to see in these dooky quality pics but its a world of difference.
