Cragar Weights?
I am brand new to the Forum and to owning a jeep. I am wanting to put Cragar Soft 8s with 32-32" tires. I am totally confused about why these will fit some Jeeps and not others, but from what I am reading everyone is a little confused on that. My question that I can not find in the search function is: Can you run wheel weights on the inside of a 15" Soft 8? What about the 16" soft 8s?
Thanks for all information!

Before you consider anyone's advice on this issue, I suggest you look on the backside of your current wheels. Notice and measure the clearance with your current wheels and then determine how close you are with your wheels rotating at 600-700 RPM near your calipers.
Some 15" wheels require slightly grinding the corners of the calipers for clearance and just a tad more for inside weights.

I can't agree that it is no big deal to grind down brake calipers, reduce wheel clearance down to a bare minimum and probably cooling to fit smaller wheels and larger and heavier tires that place higher demands on the brakes.
At some point there are some mods that don't make sense, but then again ...

I run Cragar 15x8 4bs and have the weights mounted on the inside. I did have to grind slightly but have ran that way for almost a year as my DD with no issues. Just draw a line in paint marker wher you want them to install the weights to close to the calipers might hit. Also don't have them double the weights up.
