Creaking noises in suspension when flexed, ideas?

P.S. Shane was Clyde's partner in crime at spyder off road so I trust he knows his stuff.
Best bet is like token said, try to get it somewhere you can flex it out and try to replicate and eliminate.
My first lift was a Rc lift and it made some noise also.
My rig makes all kinds of crazy noises I take it out and get flexy.
The shocks can touch the frame rails on the front while flexing hard and clunk, spring make loud pops sometimes.
