Default Custom Borla exhaust

I'm looking to get a whole Borla exhaust system from Summit but after inquiring, they don't sell a setup for a jeep Sahara 4 door with a 5.7 hemi. I was advised to get ahold of a custom exhaust shop but I don't know, there has to be some place where I can order one. I'm in the central/north Jersey area and normally go to OK4WD (they hooked me up with the motor swap and Flowmaster exhaust system last year). Unfortunately, the FM exhaust is completely rusted with a few holes and the CAT went bad. On top of that, the "break-in" sound is significantly louder than I wanted. I'd go back to ok4wd since they do a very good job and have a good rep but they're almost an hour away and can't get there as much as I'd like.

Your needs are custom. Go with the muffler you need and have a shop install it. Is the whole system rusted or just the muffler?

The whole system. It looked that way to me at first and had a shop near by look at it and get their opinion- they agreed with me and could've sworn I was lying when I said it was only a year old. Getting a lot of exhaust fumes in the jeep too, which is driving the wife nuts.

Wow! Make sure the next custom system is mandrel bent stainless steel, along with the muffler (Borla is) A Borla tends to be a bit more, so look to ( total guess) around $600ISH or more because of that cat. PS a cat is cat. No need for a "high flow". That is crazy... other than that is the engine running good no codes?
Not too sure where you are, but Tim over here knows his stuff! He builds ULTRA4 race cars, so this should be a no brainer.

You should probably go 3" with that motor. Afe makes a few nice ones out of stainless. Check out 4wheelonline.

This system may not/most likely won't be a bolt on option....

Yeah I'm not sure. Found a shop around here- Class 1 Auto- that'll be making a custom stainless steal system for me along with the Borla Touring muffler. I'm stoked about it. That Flowmaster that's in there now has become riDICULOUS with the issues. Every week more holes show up and more of those welded pieces in the muffler loosen up or break- they rattle all around inside the thing. The Cat's have all gone to crap. It would make sense if I wheeled a lot or ran through 3' puddles often but that's not the case. Don't wheel much at all unfortunately- just don't have the time right now. And now that my crane truck has been fixed, will lose more time.
