Thanks for clarifying. What I meant is they are using the supports internally to support the rack, which requires drilling holes in the hardtop. Granted they are on the side, not on the top of the hardtop. So_Cal_Tay_12 potential design would be to drill thru the top, I was merely suggesting supporting it with internal supports attached to the roll cage.

I also really like the design, but I know I won't be able to afford it...
