Default Cut Sunrider into Bikini Top?

Just as the title says, I have searched all over the forum/internet and can't find a single person who's chopped their sunrider top into a bikini top.

I would just buy the Mopar sunbonnet but I've got a 2011 so if I wanted the better sealed version I would have to buy 2009 door surrounds to use the soft top version 'sunbonnet' (geez that name is terrible).

I figure it wouldn't be too hard to remove the rear section of the sunrider top, get the cut material sewn up, and then have a 'bikini' top that also has the sunrider function. I don't really care about cutting up the soft top as I run the hard top 90% of the time.

Anybody seen this done, or done it yourself?

theres a forum member that cut his and rocks it with a duster and wind jammer. You just need a rachet strap or something to pull the soft top down in back now that the sail panels are gone.

This was my intention.

If nobody else knows anything about doing this, I guess I'll give it a go and post pics/write-up if it works out

If you do a search for duster jammer photos, you will find this set up on one of the threads
