Grind off the cans and then call pure jeep they have a D-ring plate that covers the hole and bolts through the bumper to the frame rails looks killer. Some one on this forum posted a how to with pictures some time back. I got my D-ring plates through a local vender.

Ely -- I just looked up the Pure Jeep mounts. That may be the way to go instead of fabbing everything out. will they for bolt through the Mopar bumper, and the frame too? The bolts that come with them seem kind of small to go through, and to hold up the weight of the bumper too. But I do like them alot.

yes they work. i just installed them yesterday. i priced it out to fab your own, and for me it came to about $60 or so in steel, plus hardware and welding (if you dont have your own). pure jeeps arent that bad price wise. i got mine used which made it that much better though.
