Default dana 30 question

ok so im new to the forum and I want to lift my 2007 2 door x and put it on 37's the only problem is i have a dana 30 in the front I dont do too much wheeling and when i do its not really extreme no rock crawling theres nothing good around here but my question is how bad would it be to put 37's on the dana 30 with the type of driving i do which is mainly street and alittle offroad such as the beach and sandpits. Thanks for the help.

Go for it and upgrade if you break it.

Run #1- D30 stock axle shafts. Resulted in broken axle shaft

Run #2- swapped out the broken shaft for Chromoly shafts

Obviously you're not going to punish your rig the way he did. So a D30 will likely be ok. But if you really want to be safe and not worry about it when you go wheeling, change the shafts to chromoly shafts.

Of course, anything can break

thanks for the help on that any idea where i could order them from I did a quick search but everything I found was for tj's not the jk's
