For my issue, the alignment shop never readjusted the stabilizer collar that adapted to my larger tie rod. It caused the binding. I felt it as soon as I made a U turn leaving the shop. If was a left hand u turn.

I completely removed the steering stabilizer and no change. Heres a picture with the wheels facing forward if anyone can spot anything obvious. Im going to have a second person hold the steering wheel in the binding position while i take a look and some pictures under the car.Attachment 657242

I know exactly what it is. Your aev sway bar link bracket is catching the adjustment collar or adjustment clamp of tie rod. Look at it and you will see the witness mark. Take a grinder and grind the bracket a bit for clearance.

I thought so also and posted it earlier but looking at his pics he's not running the swaybar link brackets.

I missed your post when I skimmed through. It is catching on something so I'd be looking for witness marks or have some drive it in an empty parking lot while checked out but I'd be careful not to get run over 😀

Terraflex ball
Joints only work up to 12 in 13 the axle u joint flanges are bigger and need to be grinded to work with terraflex
