Yea, since you brought the loose trackbar up, check that first.
A loose T/B will cause you to feel a bit of wavy motion at low speed, much like a boat swaying back and forth in the water. At higher speeds it could cause DW.

Do the stock track bars have metal bushings in them or rubber?

I am in the same boat as you are. I removed my trackbar last night and found the axle mount bolt hole to oversized. The bolt measured .545 and the hole was .621. I will have some grade 8 washers welded on the bracket tomorrow if I can find someone to do it. You could see on the bracket where the bolt had been moving around. I am hoping this is the cause of my dw.

The bolt does'nt seem to be moving inside the axle bracket; but instead inside the track bar bushing. I'm probably going to upgrade to a better track bar as soon as I get it out of the shop for the oil leak that showed up at 26'000 miles

I'm not sure what type of material the bushing made of, but DW can cause other components to fail. That's one of the reasons to correct it ASAP.

Default New Track Bar

I had the same problem with my teraflex lift kit. It turns out they have a new track bar that comes on their new lift kits that did not come with mine. My kit did come with one, but it was very pathetic in comparison. I called up teraflex and they replaced it for free! (Turns out the old one was recalled) Once the new bar was on, the death wobble went away.

(My old track bar used to slide a tiny bit where it mounts to the frame when I would turn the wheel back and forth, so I think you are having the same problem that I did)

I have'nt been in enough places to bend a tie rod. I've only had to use the winch once to get out. It don't see a whole lot of off road. But that is going to change.
