I wouldn't think those problems are a tuner (Diablo) problem. I'd also vote wheel speed sensor.

(May want to look into clock-spring issues too - I forget which lights that issue will throw).

If it's a '12, I'm assuming it's still under warranty? I'd lean towards bringing this to the dealer.

Also, I'm not sure about the horn issue, but my JK will occasionally do that to me (and scare the daylights out of me).

If it's constantly giving the beep on each unlock - then I'd start to lean towards it being a general electrical / Canbus issue. <- another dealer item.

I think they might be having a few issues with the new tuner so far. I got one in the mail a few days ago and the intune that was labeled as a DCX i-1000 was not the DCX but actually their i-1000 model. After hours trying to fix loading and calibration issue the tech was like hmmm what are you trying to tune with this. After I told him a 2012 Wrangler he was like hmmm we sent out the wrong unit to you. They are going to correct the issue, but I am starting to lean toward hmm well maybe I should just stick with my AEV Procal for now. Also for those of you that are Mac users yes you can use this on a Mac sort of. You can load tunes and drag and drop updates but you cannot auto update the unit and you dont have a tuner application on your computer to support the unit. You also need to send your info file to support for them to register your unit because they dont support that for Mac. Not a deal breaker and they were pretty responsive I must say, but just something to keep in mind if you need to make sure everything is ok for your drive to work tomorrow.

Well i will say...the programmer is right beside me...hey added on a DCX sticker to the back of the unit...As far as
programming & updating had a very hard time...was not impressed...finnally when update was done...Installed on JK took
15 minutes everything seemed to be good...again until yesterday...huge difference...Tried even disconnecting both battery
terminals plugging back and still the same...
