Ok, so Thanks to everyone for the input, I think I'm just going to go with the Poison Spyder covers. 44 rear/30 front. And from the sounds of this I should be fine, if anyone wants to just chime in and confirm?

I am getting the 2.5 Teraflex suspension installed. Will have the front Teraflex monster trackbar. the rear will be the stock trackbar and but the new trackbar relocation bracket. I should have no issues with rubbing?

Has anyone got the factor powder coated covers from PS? Is it a quality PC job?

Lastly, it says they come a little smaller than stock around the edges, does that mean I will see a like a silver shining ring effect from the differential, because its smaller than stock, so not a perfect fit there on the edges?

Yes, I got the black powder coated ones. Very happy with the quality of the coating.

Yes, you do see a little of the dif around the covers. The front one on mine is almost flush on the top and bottom but you can see a little on the sides. The rear one almost all the way around. I used the lubelocker gaskets. If you use the sealer it will most likely cover it up.

But this is by design, having no lip on them prevents them from getting caught on obstacles. Same reason the bolt heads are recessed.

What about the ARB diff covers? They seem to be twice as expensive as everything else out there. Is that just because they're pre-setup for air lines or are they really just bombproof?

I have this in my rear. Like it better than solid in the front because it has magnetic dip stick and drain hole. Fill hole also in a normal orientation so you can just set a funnel on it. They have literature on it saying that it increase the overall strength of the axle by some percentage- this may be made up I have no idea but I will take it haha

I think there is better bolt head protection with the arb as well. I don't understand the extreme price difference though. I'm sure there's a reason.

Yeah, but the logic to put a fill hole on top of the cover instead of the face is priceless. Not sure why others don't do this.

Anyone know if the PSC diff cover for the rear dana 44 fits without with the trac bar?

I'm mechanically inclined enough to change the diff cover but not trying to do major work to swap it out.
