I'm mechanically inclined enough to change the diff cover but not trying to do major work to swap it out.
The track bar may hit if it's stock. Read the important fitment note on their site.

good info...I get that it says stock rear trackbar may hit, but do you think they means in the stock position and location, if the Teraflex kit comes with a rear track bar bracket, isn't it moving it?

I run these from Rock Slide Engineering...about 1/2 price of full covers and plenty beefy. No complaints.

I do think that means the stock bar in the stock location. If you raise the rear track bar, it may not be an issue. I have an aftermarket bar so I can't speak from experience though.

Ordered Solid covers front/rear after not being pleased with RR skid plate. I should've committed to this earlier since I changed my fluids to full synthetic less than 8k miles ago.

Actually while I really like my ARB's I disagree with you on the front versus top. If you noticed the rear and front Dana 44 on a Wrangler has the hole in different places for a reason. You are to fill until the oil starts to come back out. This helps prevent over filling, where as the ARB can be filled all the way up.
