If I'm investing all that $$$$ into gears and lockers, I'd beg borrow or steal to get a little extra for covers, its been said before, they are cheap insurance

Solid was running a sale a short period of time ago that was basically 2 for 1 !!!

You get front and rear Solid Diff covers for like $130 ...... normal price is like $129 each !!

Check the Sponsoring Manufacturer and Vendor Forum!!!

Solid is still running them at $80, they just don't come into stock, I went with Riddlers from Northridge4x4, $110 each, (get them this morning!) but it's armor for the lowest part of your Jeep, nothing is closer to the ground but the rims and the tires. Search for the Rokmen Riddler video on youtube and be convinced.

Teraflex is a cost effective solution. If you want to spend more on diff covers then go with ARB. There you spend extra for the dip stick.

I would go with the Riddlers, Talk to Dave @ Northridge4x4, They are realitively inexpensive comparing to a new Diff housing or a second set of gears because they got bashed by a rock.

i knew I left something off my list! I need new diff covers too... anyone ever try the wrap around kind like Rancho makes? it looks like it bolts around the housing infront of the axle, then uses some of the diff cover bolt holes. looks pretty beefy, but never tried them.
