Default Does anyone make custom door surround?

I am looking for something to fill in the spot behind the back passenger door when the soft top is off and the door surround is removed. I am thinking of selling the soft top but I like the look of that piece in the back. So is there anything that would kind of match that and still allow the hard top to go on.
Or would it be easy to fabricate?
Thanks

Huh??? No idea what you're wanting here. You can't put the Hardtop on if there's something in the way.

Default Right behind

It would have to mount right behind where the original door surround would be or be remove able.
It might not be a big deal if I don't sell my soft top but I know they are easier to sell if you sell the whole thing.

The yellow outline piece is what I am talking about.

Default Build my own

I think I will try making my own.
I have some scrap tubing collecting dust.
But here is what I am going to do.
Try and put a tip on the bottom to go into the factor hole on the tube and then clamp or bolt where the original surround mounted.

I will post pics if or when I get it done.
Mine will be white or black

Bestop makes door surrounds. Not sure if they work with factory tops....

I see what you are getting at. Using a tube with a flange on the bottom, and bent the way you show would look good.

Default Now

Now I am debating about making tubular or flat.
I have a little of both sitting around.
I am going to mock up some cardboard templates and then see what looks best.
