High RPM drive shaft would concern me also if you get to radical with the gearing.

Anybody out there have problems with drive shaft speed???

There are some threads about blown transfer cases that you can search around for. No concrete evidence, but one train of thought is that larger tires + lift + aftermarket driveshaft + bad pinion/driveshaft angles may have been the cause. Read through them and form your own conclusions...

I don't think drive shaft speed should be much of an issue, my auto came with the little 28" tires and 3.73 gears. I would think that 5.13 on 34 or 35" tires would have about the same drive shaft speed as mine did stock, ( give or take a little )
