At 4", yes to the DL flip. Your links don't "appear" to be crazy out of whack though.

And yes, stock DL does have a bend in it. It is possible to exacerbate that bend with smaller tires than what you've got.....I've got the t-shirt.

My jeep drives well on main roads but if I go back a dirt road or a road with lots of potholes (I live in Pa so a lot of those are here) the jeep will begin to shake (the tires and steering wheel) I can actually see the go side to side like I was jerking the steering wheel left to right as fast as I can and it will make me stop have to stop or it gets worse. It doesn't do it on all pot holes but most.
So it is not bumpsteer, correct? Just an occasional bad shimmy and/or deathwobble? I don't think that a flip is the 'fix'. (unless, like what bananas posted, the cause is that the trackbar or draglink bolts are loose, and they get torqued down during the flip, or an end is bad, and it gets replaced during the flip...)

Before you run out and throw money at it, my suggestion would be to read through Planmans deathwobble/shimmy diagnosis thread (stuck to the top of JK Writeups section). Lots of good info in there, and who knows, a few minutes with a wrench may be all it takes.

I would not do a drop pitman arm. The steering box and sector shaft already have enough force on them when wheeling with bigger tires. Also, if you do a drag link flip you will need to get your trac bar parallel with the drag link. A raised trac bar bracket would do the trick. Or you can lower the frame side bracket but I have seen them tear off the frame.

For the angles, you want a single picture that shows both ends of both bars in the same pic. Open it in paint or whatever editor you have, and draw straight lines from mounting point to mounting point.
