Drive shaft replacement
Hello, I have a vib that developed at around 5000mi on my X Unlimited.
Dealer says can't duplicate. I like my Jeep and want to fix the problem.
I have some experience with this from lifting other 4x4's, and I have corrected most of the problems. So I have a basic understanding anyway.
Back to my problem. I'm pretty certain that it's a driveline problem, but I know they say that these new Dshafts sould eliminate all vibs.
Question is.... has anyone tried the shaft that Reel Drivelines makes.
I'm thinking my problem is the rear. So I checked the rear pinion angle to make sure it matched the DS's angle, has to match if using a double carden at the T-case, and it does.
BTW, no susp. mods have been done. Stock Unlimited.
Thanks
