Question for the Adams and Coast driveshaft owners do you have to periodically take a grease gun to those shafts? Or are they like the stock ones and don't have too.... My Tom Woods you grease up yourself periodically .... Thx

I grease my coasts whenever I do the control arm bushes

My Adams has a solid front ujoint so no grease there. You have to periodically lube the slide and the double cardan.

Yeah, some of the joints are sealed, some have zerks and need grease, just depends which joints came with the shaft. I haven't heard of center ball being sealed, though, so the driveshaft will need to be dropped to get to it regardless of the other joints.

The folks at Teraflex put together a good video on greasing aftermarket shafts. Note that the center ball needs a different attachment to grease it.

Grease gun about every week or 2 as I am always into something......

How bad can Coast be if it's the brand Synergy is reselling? No problems with my Coast 1310 up front.
