Default Driveshaft bend do to skid plate

People with lift 3' 2Dr. Auto have to take in mind that articulation when the front tires have full flex the driveshaft can hit the trans. skidplate. The result is a bended driveshaft. In the install of the doble cardin driveshaft I cut a part of the skidplate but it has to be more. Its need more clearance,it last for few month until a full flex Learning the hard way

Can you shoot a pic to show how much you cut out of the skid?

Thanks.

Here is a picture of the Currie lift with 9.5" of travel, with the 11" travel shock you must use a smaller diameter drive shaft.

Yeah....I went with the skid row skid plate and the JE Reel driveshaft. That took care of that. You can actually see where my stock driveshaft was self clearancing my tranny pan!

I had to do the same to my Rubi when the 4" went in... it hurt to cut but not as much as the
hood did...

All the best
