Alright....Then what I would if it really concerned me....(and it sounds like it concerns you), is get the front suspension in the position where it pulls the driveshaft out the farthest and see what you have for exposed splines. If I'm reading your post right, you have 6" of total splines, right? I would think that you're good, because the way the Jeep suspension is set up, you are actually bringing the pinion closer to the transfer case on droop, because the axle travels in an arc as it decends. Get what I'm sayin? So, I certainly wouldn't think you'd be in any danger of your shaft fallin out......wait...somehow, that didn't sound right. I think you know what I'm tryin to say.

From the bit I've experimented around with mine, I'd have to say it'd take a hell of a lot of droop for your driveshaft to come apart. You'd have to break something for sure.
Glad to hear it's vibration free at 6 degrees of caster, bet the Jeep drives great.
At 7.1 degrees mine is terrific, smoother than the factory front shaft/flange setup at my lift height.
