Driveshaft Measuring Question
I am doing the planning on installing a lift and tires and had a question on the driveshafts. I've looked around and read that you need to take a measurement to give the driveshaft company when ordering them.
I was hoping to have this done at the same time as the lift/tires are installed but after reading that it seems you need to take that measurement afterwards and install the new driveshafts later. Am I correct in this? I am in the DFW area and am thinking of taking her to SLC and let the pros take care of the installation.. does anyone know if SLC will do the driveshafts+measurements/etc as well?
I have a 2-door 2009 Rubicon, and i'm looking at the 3 inch teraflex w/flex arms, 35inch KM2's and 5.13 gears. Hopefully will get this taken care of in the next two months or so and get to wheeling! Thanks for any suggestions

You would want to measure the shaft length after the lift and arm install to get the most accurate number. Not sure what shafts your looking at but Woods has a very easy picture on their site to show the place to measure and it takes about 2 min.
