i guess it wouldn't matter axel or frame mount.i just prefer the frame mount.

and if it is a bad aftermarket pitman arm then it is not wearing out because it is a droped arm it is wearing out because it is a piece of crap

a sector shaft brace would be great to have when running bigger tires - period. hell, i have spun my sector shaft while running a stock pitman arm and 35's. a drag link flip kit will not make a difference in this.

yeah, it really doesn't matter but like you, i prefer a mount on the frame as it is stronger to begin with and it can be braced to offer maximum strength and rigidity. as far as pitman arms go, trust me, i'm a guy who's on his 3rd one as the first two had bad splines resulting in a loose fit. but, as you mentioned, the other two were just a piece of crap and the one i have now works just fine. just because there were some bad pitman arms does not mean that they all are bad or that they all will be.

my set up is a frame mount track bar bracket with adjustable track bar and drop pitman.and btw i love my setup and i am not thinking of changing it but
would just the adjustable track bar without the relocation bracket and without the dropped pitman ride the same as my setup??

btw thanks now i have to add the shaft brace to my wish list

no. without the track bar relocation bracket and dropped pitman arm, your handling will feel off and you will experience problems with bumpsteer.

WOL, has this thread but I am at 4 inches and only run an adjustable track bar up front and adjustable front lower control arms. i voted no because as was mentioned before run a high steer to fix it.

a little off topic, but it's sounding to me like its recommended to run the track bar relocation bracket no matter if you have an adjustable or not, up front and in back, just to help brace it?

with a 4" lift or more, a reinforced track bar relocation bracket is something that you should have front and rear in addition to a adjustable track bars.

What kind of issues? There's not much to go bad on one.

as i had already mentioned above, the splines on them are bad and this causes a loose fit. it still works, you just get slop in your steering wheel.

Interesting - wonder why the kit doesn't come with one. Guess I'll just have to get the drag link flip kit and take care of the front. The sound you're hearing now is the ringing of my phone to Joe @ TeraFlex. Visa is interupting this post to bring you the following announcement: you're cutoff Jack!
