Not to knock their product as I like it a lot. And the sound is awesome!@

We just put their system on our 4 door Rubicon with a TF 3" Long Arm kit and we had to put spacers on the rear sway bar to avoid contact with the over the axle system.

Couldnt justify spending the cash for the kit. I had my local exhaust guy (who has done outstanding work for me over 20 years) fab me up a cat-back exhaust w/dyno max muffler for 300 bucks. Im running a TF 2.5 coil lift w/the TF axle trackbar bracket & clearance was an issue w/the bump travel I wanted w/out using excessive bump stop lengths. We ran the exhaust up & over the rear axle like stock but trimmed it right before the TB. I didnt like the idea of the exhaust dumped down low in stream crossings like in the photo.

Glad you posted up this info of the Teraflex trackbar axle bracket hitting this rockcrawler kit! I think Im just gonna see how the muffler fits into the stock exhaust and then just remove the stock muffler.

I ran my muffler right behind the cat, but went full cat-back. I didnt re-use the old plumbing.

Thats what I plan to do with mine except Ill try to reuse what I can with the old plumping. I like how it dumps out right above the rear axle without the muffler.

That is not a bad cost for a custom setup actually. Glad it worked out for you going this route.

Thx. Yeah since I knew I had different ways I wanted to go, I felt better going w/Scotty's for the install. Knowing they would be more then helpful if I needed to make changes to the exhaust as I modified the lift. The final product came out exactly as I wanted & the price was icing on the cake. The Dyno-max muffler sounds great BTW!
