Hey guys i got this exhaust put in a few weeks ago and im loving the sound only thing is im hearing a rattle coming from withing the cabin as well as some sort of farting/snorting exhaust sound when changing gears but only when i really put it on the pedal? Anyone else experiencing this?

 

Both symptoms can be coming from a single problem....a loose joint. The rattling would be the pipes banging together, and the farting would be a leak (since the joint isn't airtight) causing it to basically expel exhaust gas from before the muffler. Get under there, and shake the piss out of the exhaust. She if it's hitting anything, and check all the joints/clamps.

 

thx ya ill get under there and look around. The farting noise only happens when im flooring the pedal which i find weird tho but i guess that could be a leak.

 

I just installed mine tonight. I haven't had a chance to really test it out on the road yet. I'll update you what I find out tomorrow.

 

Has anyone installed this with the Poison Spyder Evap Skid. I have been searching every where for a write up on this and cannot seem to find anything.
