I just got a Electronic Side Step and Stinger Offroad infotainment system. Only after the E side step arrive i realized that both these connect to the can bus socket behind the radio. So are there some kind of splitters to connect both of them or only can connect either one of them to the can bus?

 

I would contact Stinger off-road. They are a great company to deal with and they will know what you need.
