Default Effect of an ARB locker on Traction Control

Hi Gurus, I am considering an ARB locker on my '08 Sahara. My concern is if there will be any side effects on the TCS when the locker is engaged?

Any other advice on the ARB locker will be appreciated.

never heard of any issues. if youre worried about it you could just pull the abs fuse to completely disable it on the trails.

You're going to be using the locker when in 4lo, and in 4lo the electronic aids are either turned off or dialed back significantly. So.....shouldn't be any issues.

If you're running mud then you might not be in low range. To get good wheel speed for cleaning the treads in mud I usually wheel in 4 high. That's why I bypassed the jeep's control of the lockers. Combine this with the ESP kill switch and you have no issues at all. I know you're going to tell me to just run the jeep in a higher gear in 4 low but in tight woods with mud in one area and firm high traction dirt in others it's a pain in the ass to go from 4 low to 2 high to make a tight turn then go back to 4 low. Eventually i want to get the 2 low kit but for now 4 high with locker ability works really great for me.

Plus the ability to lock the rear in 2H when the roads are wet is a bunch of fun with the ESP off.
