Default Electronic Sway bar fix

This is what I did for my sway bay that just would not work properly.

I disassembled the entire unit while on the vehicle (disconnected the passenger side sway bar link to allow the unit to slide apart). There are 3 parts to the unit: the motor, the drivers side bar housing and the passenger side bar housing. I put anti seize on all the components and reassembled but it still didn't fix it completely. I took a closer look and found that the sliding collar that the motor plunger fits into was actually sticking due to a tight fit. The collar is in the drivers side housing and connects to a sliding fork/ring. I took my die grinder and ground the inside of the hole (where the collar fits in) just a little where it was sticking and reassembled the unit with anti seize grease. I took the Jeep for a test run down the road and in the yard and turned the disconnect on and off about 10 times. Worked perfectly every time. It disconnected and reconnected almost immediately. This is a great mod for those units that just won't work.

Well it's been a month since the fix and I have gone on several trails since then. I disconnected the sway bay each time I went out and it disconnected and reconnected every time almost immediately. Looks like I fixed it completely.
