I just pulled the J6 fuse and that shut the whole thing down. Yea the lights stay on but so what

 

you also have the option to disable ESP full time by doing the steering wheel dance. did mine tonight as i get set to put on 35" tires. When i first tried to do it, it wouldn't hold, I'm using Superchips tune so I set it back to stock and then got it on the 2nd try. I'll set the tune again after I get tires on and post if it loses the ESP off settings.
