Front axle offset can also cause this issue but the rear seems to trigger it the most.
yes I believe it has the tower, at least there is a relocating bracket on it. It aligned real well with the lift on.

As as strange as it sounds you may be onto something here! I lowered the pressure to 28 psi and the ESP has yet to come on on normal corners. I was able to get it to come on when extra hard turning just to see if it would... I may try to lower it to 26 and see what happens, these Nitto Mud Graplers ride pretty rough at higher psi. Smoothed the ride out too.

I will ill test it some more and let everyone know what happens.

Did the bracket raise the track bar axle side mounting point? Have you measured the axle centering ( side to side)?

Assuming the shop installed everything it looks like a reasonably full featured kit. Try measuring the rear axle centering. Pick identical spots on the frame side to side and measure from there to the inside sidewall of the rear tires. Be sure the tires are inflated to identical pressures and that you're not measuring tire lettering, etc. the readings should be within 1/4", preferably less.

Finally got got a chance to measure the rear axle, it is very close within an 1/8" side to side.

Ok. Do you have a printout of your alignment?

No no I did not get the print out, I did see the screen readout when it was on the rack and I remember that everything was in the green numbers.

I'd be interested in seeing if the thrust is in spec. (Rear axle alignment.)

If all's as you say then I'd be zeroing in the steering wheel alignment. A slick way to see if it's actually centered to the electronics is to use the steering angle feature on an Aeroforce gauge. You can actually see any mismatch in real time as you drive.. Several of the tuners offer this feature as well. The Procal has a feature, too, but it's static.
