Default eVo Rock Skin install

Ok, I have read the other post on this and can not seem to find any pics or a write up on it. I did find where someone post about the inserts giving everyone problems. Does anyone have pics of what they used to fix this problem?

This was in the the other post, "Get a bolt reg grade 8 about 1.5 in long, one that fits the threads. Put a flat washer, a nut that fits loose(ex, 9/16 on a half in bolt) so that it spins freely, a flat washer then a star teeth type of washer so it'll bite into the nutsert. Does anyone have a pic of this?

Thanks

If you are dealing with nutserts spend some money and buy a tool! The bolt nut washer doo dad will break your balls all day long ... Not fun

He's referring to a nutsert install tool. It's like a rivet-gun for nutserts. Makes the install of skins a lot easier. The tools are relatively inexpensive.

You can use the tool all day long, but you would want to use an impact driver and open end wrench. I don't have the link, but look for the post on poison spider jk armor.

The tool from harbor freight is only good for aluminum nutserts. You will probably break it doing the Steel nutserts.

Default This may help

Check out this thread it should answer some questions. The guy who wrote it did a really good job plus I heard he is rediculously good looking.
