its literally not sacrificing that much ground clearance. I'm running 37's, have plenty of lift/ground clearance. I'm not going to cry over loosing .5/1inch for piping going under the driver shaft.. if anything it'll help gaurd the drive shaft if i hit something :p.

ISH.

I have heard from guys that they have thrown some washers in between the skids and frame to get the clearance on the skids.... but then it drops your skid about 1/4" or so.

Still not bad if your running 35s or 37s with a decent lift.

I have the rancho pipe kit and it works great. I had to lower the factory skid that is in front of the crossmember by adding washers cause the ds was hitting it at full droop but the rancho pipe clears by a ton...I have the rk 2.5 flex. The only thing is I had mine welded on instead of clamped....dont like clamps imo

OK. That's pretty sweet. I might consider this over the TF spacers.

However, this only solves one problem. It still doesn't change the fact that the angles on the CV joints might tear them apart.

True but most people that have had torn boots have run them for a long while before they have out. I just checking periodically to make sure the boot is still intact
