Experts? Time to put it down....Disable the TPMS
Best way, if you want to bother, I haven't, is to put the sensors into a pressurized PVC "pipe bomb", and bolt it under the Jeep somewhere, maybe I should release my own "pipe bomb" skid plate for the 08 and up Jeeps.
Then it won't matter if you air up, down, or even have a dang flat, the sensors won't care!
My sensors work great in the Rubicon stock wheels and tires just sitting on the floor of my garage, after a couple of starts the Jeep resets. They don't seem to require any motion to trigger them as they aren't getting any stacked on the concrete floor.
I have the Rock Monster wheels, and placing the sensors in them isn't really an option, well Hutchinson said something about an adapter, but I wouldn't really want to strap them on the rubber liner that gives you the beadlock action. Maybe you could mount them somewhere else to the rim, but these Hutchinson rims and the Toyos have never even got a wheel balance and they are smooth at anything up to 85mph, the fastest I've had the Rubicon. Don't want to change that.
One thing to remember, if you go through any "check points", a "pipe bomb" strapped to your frame could be a real inconvenience. The skid plate might be a good fix for that.

It's called a chime module, they normally can't be disabled without killing the vehicle especially since it's now a federally required system.
just buy the senosrs.... Its no big deal, I think I paid something like $37 each for mine...
and to install them is no big deal, they just need to partially pop the bead, change the valve and air up.. It MIGHT even be something you can do yourself... take tire off of JK, let out all the air, lay tire on ground, stand on tire in area where valve is located, (It should move the tire inward giving you clearance to change the valve, and do it up.. Of course I have no experience doing this on a full size tire, but I recently changed the valves on a trailer tire and it was surprisingly easy to do.

i have to agree with REDNECK, once the vehicle is equiped by manufacturer the with the TPS it can not be legally removed by any certified machanic. But just like electronic speed lmiters you can remove it yourself. However to sell the vehicle you must put the TPS back to factory specs. There must be a way to disable this feature. I have an 07 JK Unlimited which i took delivery of in Dec 06. I was lucky enough not to get stuck with TPS. So if it is the same CPU why does mine not have TPS and everyone else does??? must be a "kill" for it somewhere in that CPU. Good luck. But IMHO....just swap out the sensors, if i remember correctly, are they not in the valve stems? cant you just reuse the old vavle stems in your new wheels?? Good Luck

As a matter of fact, my stock tpms are in my new wheels, but they have to be aired to at least 28psi to stop the chime. I run my 35's a little less than that. I want to unhook the chime, speaker, or what ever is making the noise, not disable the system
But thanks anyway for all your help and suggestions.
