Default factory exhaust sizing

I was laying under the jeep tonight an looking at the exhaust. It looks as if it is a 2.5" piping. i would measure but my caliper battery is dead. If it is then someone really needs to just come out with an axle back exhaust. $450-500 for a Magnaflow is rediculous. I bought my tacoma catback for 190 bux before magnaflows prices went sky high.

Yes it is 2.5" piping. You could always go to your local exhaust shop and just have them make you a axle back exhaust. That is what I did and it only cost $130.

Let's not forget, Stainless prices have been going up by over 17% a year over the past 5 years. Build your own, it will save you a lot of dough.

Maybe, I know I wouldn't want to spend too much of our time or money investing in it though.

Gibson already has one. $379 for stainless, $304 aluminized.
