Fan Switch?
I have not looked at the JK schematic but it should be simple. Just add an electric relay (30 amp) available from any auto-parts store. These relay's require a 12 V line feed, a 12V signal to pull the contact in for the switch, and a ground wire. Less than $10.
Break the the present 12V wire leading to the fan and hook it to both the "Line" input terminal and the "signal" or contact terminal. Hook the wire that continues on to the fan to the "switched" side of the relay.
Then, mount your toggle switch and run one side of it to a frame ground and run the other side of it to the "ground" terminal on the relay. When you wish to stop the fan from running you will simply break the ground circuit to the relay.
