Cant wait to see what you come up with....this thing bugs the heck out of me....it's almost embarrassing to put someone in the back.

You can mount it to the seatbelt reel. I have had mine there since I had the Jeep Linexed back in August. The guy who Linexed my Jeep also ownes a mod shop and when he finished Linexing it that is where he mounted it. When I asked him about it he said that is where they were mounted on the TJ's. It does shorten the belt by 6-8 inches so if pull the belt out too far to buckle in, it activates the child safty latch and you have to let the belt go all the way back in before you can pull it back out.
