I agree with the above poster. Do a little wheeling and identify the areas that need upgrading instead of building right off the bat.

Also, the terrain out here will eat up those 20's pretty quickly. Might I suggest a 17? The ride will be better, tires cheaper, and you will be less likely to chew up your wheels.

Agree with the above. You may like the look of a 20" rim,, But the wheels and tires are going to be stupid expensive and will definitely turn your ride to shit!! If you go with a 17" you will have a much more comfortable ride and save enough(or close) to get bead lock rims which can really help your jeeps ability in AZ rocks.

Lift height sounds like you're pretty spot on for tire sizes and looks like you have a decent game plan. Let us know if you ned anything throughout the process, Good luck with the build!

Agree with holding off on the work right off the bat but if you've already made up your mind, I'd go this route before teraflex. Just my opinion FWIW.

Light wheeling around the Phoenix area will be 100% boring with 4" lift 5.13's with 37's on a JKUR.
If you are dead set on that much lift and that much tire, you will be running 3.5 and plus trails by your 4th or 5th trip (if you've wheeled before, you will be on 4.0 trails second time out) just to feel like you are doing something... then you will realize you should have armored the rig first and foremost, and, a cage will be a good idea at that point as well.
If you really plan on 37's, do truss/C's and gear to 5.13's... or 5.38's
Then armor the pee out of it, because our rocks will eat it otherwise.
Forget 20's and go with 17's or 18's. No need for more than 12.5 width on a 37" tire if you look at contact patch shape (let alone road characteristics). And Toyo's are heavy.
Figure out what money is left over and select lift.

I was recently out on a 3.5 trail with my Rubi, 1.5" BB lift(after armor sag) 35's and a poop tonne of armor, and, while I've been out of wheeling for a while... the rig idled through it all.
