No damage on box, the packing also looked good, maybe when stored at manufacturer? I just took off the winch and used the stock jack to push it back in place. You can't tell now. Another problem with the shipped items was the center hoop bar had one bolt that would not go into the hole because drilled too close to the weld line and bar. I'll post the pic. And just a note, a small thing but the provided bolts that are black, scratch easy :/... Picky I know. Too lazy to pack the stuff back up and send them back. That said, it's installed and I do like the look, here's hoping the quality is better than my first opinion. It definitely installs solid and has a hd feel.. The stock bumper was so light it is almost a joke.
