I have teraflex lowers but a 3.5-4" lift. They are set 2 turns from the shortest setting. I took my measurements of my pinion flange (2 degrees) = 4.0 caster.

Do you know your alignment specs? With the stock driveshaft you can get away with a little more caster. I wouldn't push it though because the angle of the driveshaft is increased.!

Edit: did you install using the un-equal lengths side to side ?
Not every jeep responds well to this and can cause your problem.
For reference, this is with my arms at equal lengths side to side.
