My flashpaq from ebay just got in philippines and its used
Im having problem using it
Everytime i want to change tire size
Tire pressure or tune the jeep jk
It says
Locked vin is mismatch
Use code g-37
Since its used do i need to reprogram the flashpaq to my vehicle? Like changing the vin in flashpaq? How?
Do i need to update it?
Its flashpaq 3875

When a programmer/tuner is used, it locks itself to the vehicle VIN. It appears that yours is still locked to the previous owners vehicle, and can't be used on any other vehicle until unlocked.

You can either send it back to the person who sold it to you so they can unlock it (take the tune off their vehicle and set it entirely back to stock), or you can get in touch with Superchips and pay them to unlock it. Last I heard, they charge $100 to unlock.

 

I also don't think the 3875 works for any 2012+, it would be the 3872 If I remember right.

 

I have a 2009 and bought it 239$
Then previous owner saying money is gone he cant refund
And when i check the program its stock tire stock everything but its locked
Now i wanted to pay superchips 100$ since i dont have a choice because im from philippines
They dont accept my credit card through the software or downloaded application in pc?
What do i need to do?
If i purchase 100$ they send any codes? Or something? Or it just unlock by themself by connecting it?

 

I tried to buy the 100$ unlocking but everytime i checkouted from the software it give me error :(

 

You need to call Superchips then most likely send your in programmer where they will default it

 

I have a different time zone since im from philippines and too expensive to call US :( and also cery expensive to ship it back
Only chabce is pay online and superchip can unlock it?

 

Call them, I repeat call them. They have the answers not us. Its only a 13 hour difference. Also dispute with eBay.

 

Try filling a complaint with eBay. See if they will refund you. Claim false advertisement. If not your only option will be to call super chips. you may be able to pay by phone and have them send update online using their spark software
