Do you still have a copy of the actual ad on Ebay? Did it state anywhere that the used flashpaq was unlocked and ready to go? Or did it specifically state that it was still locked and you would need to pay to get it unlocked?

If it said that your flashpaq was unlocked, file a complaint against the seller, and definitely fill in your feedback on him personally.

Since calling isn't an option for you, sign up to the forums on Superchips website and post there. See if their rep will work with you to handle the issue.

 

Yup stated on ebay that its ready to use
Now seller agreed to refund me 100$ for the unlocking fee
But tried calling superchip and having hard time wait for answer and emailed couple of times still no reply
Also tried buying unlocking from spark software but gives me error

Ok seller refunded me 100$ then after conplaining to sc they gave me free unlock :(
Tuned 93 octane
Then 32.5 tires (305/55/20)
Stock 4.10s
Having hard time adjusting shift points and fan temp
Then added k&n, throttle spacer and exhaust
Hope tomorrow this will run good.
Tpms cant go lower than 26psi though
